Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a booking of any kind, we must be informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking, we will cancel the event, but you will still be charged a certain amount, depending on the time. Please see below. Between 24-18 hours = 25% Between 18-12 hours = 50% Between 12-6 hours = 75% Less than 6 hours = 100%
